Favorite track: Lilly Goes Her Own Way.
In 2020, no artist contributed more music to our stable than Meeting Molly, whose cinematic compositions blend a variety of deep, progressive, and organic house grooves and atmospheric textures. His first offering of 2021, “Jangitau,” is a breathtaking house EP, which once again showcases his immense talent for crafting visionary, ethnic electronic soundscapes.
Kicking off Meeting Molly’s new EP, the title cut, “Jangitau,” introduces a tribal house groove in the early going, as well as the song’s central melodic motif: a hypnotic, flute-tinged melody. The exotic, almost primitive aura of the composition evokes an ancient civilization, perhaps from the Greater Caucasus Mountain Range that inspired the song’s name. In the main breakdown, a breathtaking vocal element Is introduced, as well as a gorgeous piano chord progression. The drop to follow, featuring myriad atmospheric and melodic layers, is truly spellbinding.
Meeting Molly’s stirring “Lilly Goes Her Own Way” is an especially memorable B-side. In the early going, organic percussion and hauntingly beautiful strings provide the backdrop for a repeating vocal chant. The suspenseful buildup in the opening few minutes gives way to a heartrending vocal sequence in the main breakdown, supported by especially poignant orchestration. In the final movement of the arrangement, the central groove reemerges and delivers a cathartic emotional release to the listener.
This particular track is infused with a sense of wonder and hope. It gently lifts you up, and reminds us that inspiration is all around us...somewhere out there💜thank you Sundriver! May Flores
Just found the sound iv'e been searching for so long. I wondered when I would listen to ambient tones and melody that combines this perfect symmetric sound.
True art.
A whole new world for many curious listeners out there. Melodic house genre has been my life since I listened to Contact by Glen Morrison in 2007 - I am now 28, and this A.M.R. album gave me the mindset of another 10+ years. mixmix1234

Out of these two remix albums I much prefer Remix 02 as there are alot more remixes with which I enjoy. Monstercat Silk has done an amazing job with the selection of artists as this was the album that made me want to drive deep into the Monstercat realm with which allowed me to discover an album with which I look forward to purchasing in the future.
